The Producer of DMZ War is a former Army light infantry and Special Forces officer who served in the Korean DMZ, leading reconnaissance & ambush patrols and commanding one of the American guard posts formerly located in the 'Z. After the Army, he spent years as an investigative and defense reporter on television and in print, including visiting North Korea. He studied the Korean language and Korean history while in college.
