NK News has an excellent report on North Korean moves in the DMZ after Pyongyang pulled out of the 2018 Comprehensive Military Agreement (see our report on that here.)
“North Korea appears to be rebuilding guard posts and deploying heavy weaponry to the inter-Korean border, days after scrapping a military deal with the South, Seoul’s defense ministry said Monday. NK News reporting shows the DPRK has also added surveillance cameras to its most forward-facing guard posts this year, while military installations at one spot along the border appeared more heavily manned over the weekend than in the recent past.”
DMZ vets will likely find the details and photos from NK News fascinating.
